Collect platform points and be the top 1 employee

Learn how to collect points, earn badges, and rank 1st on the organization's leaderboards.

The more you interact with the Wellics™ platform and you report your achievements during the 3-month educational module period that is active at the moment, the more platform points you collect. Depending on your points, you are ranked on the organization’s leaderboard.

But this is not all! The first position gets a gold badge, the second a silver one and the third a bronze badge.

What are the available platform points?

There are two types of platform points:

• Experience points related to the experience you gain on well-being through your engagement with the content of Your Focus section.
• Achievement points related to your achievements on the Focus metric as tracked through Your Journey section.

To view your platform points and ranking:

1. From the web app: On the top header, click .

2. Click the tab  .
   
   
3. You may see the Experience or Achievement points, ranking and badge for each module.

How do I collect Experience points?

You will collect Experience points for engaging with the content of the current educational module through Your Focus section. More specifically:

• For each video you watch until the end, you get 10 points.

Please note:

• Your points are reset at the beginning of each educational module.
• You cannot collect points for previous modules.

How do I collect Achievement points?

You will collect Achievement points based on the times you log data for the Focus metric through Your Journey section as well as the progress you perform on this metric. More specifically:

• Even if your logged values for the Focus metric are below the optimal value, but you made an overall improvement more than the recommended improvement, you get 5 points.
• If you log the Focus metric for 10 days within a month (30 days) regardless its value, you get 20 points.
• If you log a value for the Focus metric that is higher than the optimal value for 20 days within a month (30 days), you get 50 points.
• Your points top up for the module duration i.e., 3 months.

For example, for the “Master your sleep” module:

• Even if your logged values for sleep duration are below 7hrs, but you made an overall improvement more than 10 minutes, you get 5 points.
• If you log sleep duration for 10 days within a month (30 days) regardless its value, you get 20 points.
• If you log a value for sleep duration that is higher than 7hrs for 20 days within a month (30 days), you get 50 points.
